Prep · Set up

3 steps

Hideout / Ziggurat · Confirm elemental resists are capped before you map — Breach packs hit harder than empty white maps.
Map Device · Pick a white or yellow waystone (low tier). Do not add heavy juice, Delirium, or multi-mod chaos for this intro.
Map Device · Open the map. Your only goal this run is to find and play Breach — skip optimizing the rest of the atlas tree for now.

Map · Run

4 steps

Map · Enter and move with purpose. Watch for Breach hands / cracks in the ground — that is your cue.
Breach · Touch the Breach to open it. Stay inside the expanding circle and kill what spawns — leaving the circle early wastes the encounter.
Map · If a second Breach appears, open it the same way. Do not full-clear the whole map for this loop — mechanic first, then leave.
Map · When Breaches are done (or you feel unsafe), finish or portal out. One clean intro run beats a death spiral.

Extract · Loot

2 steps

Hideout · Vendor junk. Identify rares that might be upgrades; stash Breach splinters / related currency if any dropped.
Hideout · Note one thing that felt hard (damage type, density, getting stuck outside the circle) — that informs the next upgrade.

Upgrade · Improve

2 steps

Hideout / Atlas · Spend at most one small upgrade: a resist fix, a life bump, or a single Atlas node that helps sustain maps — not a full re-spec.
Map Device · Roll or pick the next white/yellow waystone. Ready to Run again when you want another loop.
